Living in Boulder for 35 years: I am fortunate and have a unique perspective on many
of the opportunities and amenities available in Colorado regarding location and lifestyle.
I came to real estate through my love of design. I have always had a passion for seeing the 
possibilities of a house becoming home. My diverse business background and career began 
designing, and remodeling houses through enhancements and corrections. Flipping became 
purchasing, constructing, renovating and real estate was a vital, necessary skill in establishing 
a strong foundation in understanding the process of buying and selling houses.
Seventeen years of Real Estate and 35 years of Design insight, is my commitment to you with 
every transaction. I thoroughly enjoy creating and helping people find define and locate their 
perfect space, and live their true nature in their home.
